Made from aged tea leaves harvested from Xishuangbanna in Yunnan Province, China.

This unique tea combines the sharp citrus flavor with the round and earthy of Pu Erh. The fruit is removed and the aged tea is added and then baked in the oven at low heat. This is to dry the citrus peel and for the tea to absorb the aroma. Thanks to this, the tea gets a well-balanced freshness while the round and soft flavors remain.

Start the brewing by pouring some of the hot water into the citrus, let it sit for a minute. Then put the whole citrus in a strainer and brew in a large teapot. Can be brewed several times!

Eftersom smaken utvecklas gradvis och det är mycket mer blad, bidrar detta till en betydligt mer intensiv smak än vid bryggning i västerländsk stil.
